INSTALLATION PROCESS 

 1: Download Vice City Full Game From Here

 2:After Downloading Extract It. 

 3:You Will See a Setup install it And Then 

4: Now Download StarMan Mod From Here

5:After Downloading Extact it. Start Installation 

6: Wait For Several Minutes. 

7: Your Installation is Completed
